Introduction
Office screens have two distinct audiences: external visitors (lobby, reception) and internal staff (break rooms, hallways, dashboards). The content patterns differ. This guide covers both.
Lobby and reception screens
External-facing content:
- Welcome message with the visiting company's logo (rotates if multiple visits per day).
- Today's events: meetings, presentations, demos.
- Brand storytelling: short videos about the company's mission, recent press, awards.
- Wayfinding: "3rd floor, room 304".
Internal staff screens
Employee-facing content:

- Employee of the month / team milestones: light, personal touches.

Scheduling tips for offices
Office hours are predictable:
- Schedule visitor-facing content during business hours only (e.g. Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00). After hours, switch to a quiet logo or company brand video.
- Schedule sensitive internal dashboards to hide on weekends and after hours when cleaning crews are in.
- Use the per-weekday time windows for varied schedules per day.
