  1. Improved#playlists

    Edit images and videos on playlist slides

    You can now change the image or video of a slide directly in the playlist editor. Changing a slide's media also keeps its schedule, duration, and visibility settings intact everywhere.

  2. Improved#screens

    Redesigned add-content picker

    The Add new content window now groups content types into Media, Web, and Integrations categories, with clearer option cards and connection badges. Video tiles across the editor and Media Library also show real preview thumbnails.

  3. New#permissions

    Org-wide Screen groups toggle

    Admins can now switch the Screen groups feature on or off for the whole organization in Company Settings, under Features. Turning it off hides all group tools; group data is kept and returns when re-enabled.

  4. New#integrations

    Google Slides integration

    Connect your Google account and import Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations straight from Drive. Every slide becomes its own screen slide and stays in sync automatically (default every 60 minutes, or instantly with Sync). Available on Pro screens.

  5. Improved#media

    Faster PDF uploads

    Multi-page PDFs now upload asynchronously: each page gets a placeholder right away and fills in as it finishes processing, so you can keep working while large documents convert.

    All help articles, FAQs, navigation, and metadata are now available in Swedish via /sv URLs, as part of our Sweden expansion.

    Search the help center on a dedicated page with category and reading-time filters, plus highlighted matches.

  2. Improved#navigation

    Redesigned navigation with mega menus

    Header now groups categories under four mega menus: Devices & screens, InfoBox Platform, Guides, and FAQ.

    Reading progress indicator

    Articles now show a thin progress bar at the top of the viewport that fills as you scroll.

    Hamburger menu moved to the top right and now includes the language switcher inline.

    Fixed broken anchors in table of contents

    Some 'On this page' links did not scroll to the correct section on long articles. Now resolved.

    Bilingual EN/FI support

    All help articles, navigation, and metadata now available in English and Finnish via /en and /fi URLs.

  4. Improved

    Faster article page load

    Reduced bundle size and improved code-splitting cuts article page load times by ~40%.
