  1. New#slides

    RSS feed, clock and weather slides

    Three more ready-made slides. RSS feed (under Web): any RSS or Atom feed you may show, from a city's announcements to an intranet feed. Clock and Weather (under the new Weather & time category): a digital or analog clock in your time zone, and the weather now, the next hours and the next days for any place, with the current weather in the background.

  2. New#integrations#slides

    News headline slides

    A new News slide type under Web: headlines from Yle Uutiset, MTV Uutiset, Ilta-Sanomat or Helsingin Sanomat, one at a time, full screen, with the publisher's logo and the source named. Pick a publisher and a section, choose how many headlines and how long each stays; the slide's duration is set for you. Works in landscape and portrait.

  3. New#integrations#slides

    Bus and train schedule slides

    Two new slide types under Web: Bus schedules and Train schedules. Pick your city, build the display on Fintraffic's or your regional transit authority's site, paste the link, done. Real-time departures on Pro screens with no account.

  4. Fixed#playlists#scheduling

    Playlist schedule reaches every slide

    Schedule playlist now opens the same window as a slide schedule, copies the schedule onto every slide (including ones added later), shows it on each row, and locks per-slide scheduling while it's on. A weekday schedule with no day ticked saves as Always visible.

  5. Improved#media

    Media Library: list view, sorting, and file specs

    A list view with Name, Type, Dimensions, Size, Uploaded, Usage, and Folder columns, a Sort menu, and a per-user grid/list toggle that also applies in the file picker. Grid tiles show the file name on hover.

    Deactivated users see a clear notice

    Deactivating a member now takes effect within seconds, even in open sessions, and they see "Your access to this organization has been deactivated" with a switch-organization option instead of a blank page. Deactivated admins can't manage users until reactivated.

    Integrations is now Addons: Canva and Google Slides connections with status pills, the Screen groups add-on with Enable/Disable (moved here from Company settings), Open in Canva / Open in Google Slides on linked rows, and a Coming soon card for the Meetings module.

    Trash, unused media, and the Needs attention bell

    Deleted files now wait 30 days in the Deleted view, where you can Restore or Delete forever. Files not shown anywhere are flagged Unused, and a new bell in the top bar lists unpublished screens, files to review, screens without a device, and offline screens. Admins set the unused-media review delay in Company settings.

    Screen groups: explicit access mode

    Every group now has a User access setting: Everyone in the organization or Selected users only. Permissions set on a group, on a screen, or in the Edit user dialog stay in sync. Users see groups read-only and never a raw group id.

    Screens page status cards, online time, and media usage

    All screens (renamed from InfoBox screens) opens with total, Unpublished, Online, and Offline cards, and each online screen shows how long it has been up since it last reconnected. In the Media Library every file shows In use or Unused, and its detail view links to each screen and playlist that uses it. Order devices in the sidebar is now Add screens.

    Per-screen slide order for shared playlists

    Each screen can play a shared playlist's slides in its own order: drag inside the playlist card on the screen, or use Slide order per screen in the playlist's sync panel. Applies instantly, never hides slides, and works together with synchronized playback.

  1. New#scheduling

    Delete a slide when its end date passes

    In Date and time mode, tick Delete the slide when the end date passes and the slide is removed within about an hour of its end. The file stays in the Media Library. The schedule badge and date pill now honour the end time, not just the date.

    Canva connected integration for everyone

    Connect your Canva account, pick a design and the pages you want, and InfoBox keeps them in sync, on Pro screens and in playlists. Manage the connection, sync intervals, and Open in Canva on the Addons page.

  3. New#playlists#screens

    Synchronized playback across screens

    A playlist assigned to several screens can now play in step: Same slide everywhere, or Stagger screens with Spread evenly or One slide apart and a draggable screen order. Clock-driven, so screens recover on their own. Saved as a draft and applied on Publish; needs each screen to show only that playlist, a duration on every video, and app 1.0.35 or newer.

    Forced output size for LED walls

    Screen settings gained Force output size: enter the LED wall's real pixel width and height and content is drawn into exactly that rectangle, top-left, with the rest black. For sending cards that crop instead of scale. Applied on Publish.

  5. New#playlists#screens

    Duplicate slides and playlists, edit many at once

    Every slide card has a Duplicate button, and playlists can be duplicated from their card (screen assignments excluded). Copies are drafts until you publish. Select in the editor toolbar lets you Schedule, Hide, Show, or Delete many slides at once, including Google Slides and Canva groups and playlist rows.

    Simpler schedule window: three modes

    The schedule window is now a single choice between Always visible, Date and time, and Weekdays and time. Weekday mode gives each day its own window or All day; dates and weekdays can no longer be combined on one slide. Type 830 in a time field to get 08:30.

  7. New#navigation#screens

    Welcome tour on first sign-in

    New users get a half-minute guided tour with a language choice (English, Suomi, Svenska), the main menu items, and the Add content and Publish steps in the editor. Skip it with the X or Esc. Pairing a device is now just the Device ID; the one-time credential step is gone.

  1. Improved#media

    PDFs behave like PDFs in the Media Library

    Each uploaded PDF now shows as a single openable group instead of loose page images, with a PDF label and its own filter. Adding a PDF to a screen no longer duplicates pages, and the media picker sorts newest first.

    Resync is now Republish

    The screen action formerly called Resync is renamed Republish to match what it does: it publishes the screen's latest content again so the device picks up a fresh copy. Screen online status also updates more reliably.

    One-time device credential when connecting a device

    After you connect or change a device, the Platform shows a one-time Device credential and an Android provision link. Devices fetch their credential automatically, so you normally just click Done; the manual options exist for special provisioning cases.

    The full add-content picker comes to playlists

    The playlist editor now uses the same categorized Add new content window as screens: Image / PDF with direct PDF upload, Video, Website, and Google Slides presentations that stay in sync. Playlists still can't be nested inside each other.

    Two-step presentation import with visible progress

    Importing a Google Slides presentation now starts with a confirm step showing the actual slide count and page previews, followed by a slide-by-slide progress view, so you can follow larger imports as they run.

  6. New#screens

    Compatibility mode: limit video resolution per screen

    If a device can't play high-resolution video (for example 4K showing as a black screen), turn on Compatibility mode in Screen settings. Videos are then served to that screen at 1440p, 1080p, 720p, or 480p at most. The setting applies immediately, no publish needed.

    Upload progress and cancel

    All add-media modals now show a byte-accurate upload progress bar, and you can cancel an upload while it's running.

  8. Improved#playlists

    Edit images and videos on playlist slides

    You can now change the image or video of a slide directly in the playlist editor. Changing a slide's media also keeps its schedule, duration, and visibility settings intact everywhere.

  9. Improved#screens

    Redesigned add-content picker

    The Add new content window now groups content types into Media, Web, and Integrations categories, with clearer option cards and connection badges. Video tiles across the editor and Media Library also show real preview thumbnails.

  10. New#permissions

    Org-wide Screen groups toggle

    Admins can now switch the Screen groups feature on or off for the whole organization in Company Settings, under Features. Turning it off hides all group tools; group data is kept and returns when re-enabled.

  11. New#integrations

    Google Slides integration

    Connect your Google account and import Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations straight from Drive. Every slide becomes its own screen slide and stays in sync automatically (default every 60 minutes, or instantly with Sync). Available on Pro screens.

  12. Improved#media

    Faster PDF uploads

    Multi-page PDFs now upload asynchronously: each page gets a placeholder right away and fills in as it finishes processing, so you can keep working while large documents convert.
