Using the correct image sizes ensures your content looks sharp and well-proportioned on all InfoBox screens. This guide covers the recommended dimensions and aspect ratios.

Landscape Mode (Default)

For standard horizontal displays:

• Recommended resolution: 1920 × 1080 px (Full HD, 16:9).
• This is the standard for most displays and TVs.
• Images smaller than this may appear blurry or stretched.

Portrait Mode

For vertical displays:

• Recommended resolution: 1080 × 1920 px (9:16).
• Make sure the screen orientation is set to portrait in the screen settings.
• Design your content specifically for vertical viewing.

Tips

Best practices:

• Always match the aspect ratio to your screen orientation: 16:9 for landscape, 9:16 for portrait.
• Export images as PNG for graphics and logos, JPG for photos.
• Keep file sizes under 20 MB for fast loading.
• Test images on the actual screen before publishing to multiple screens.
