The Addons page

Introduction

The Addons page (FI: Lisäosat), titled Addons & integrations, is where Admins manage everything that extends InfoBox beyond screens and slides: the Canva and Google Slides account connections, the Screen groups add-on, and the Meetings module. Open it from Addons in the side menu. Users don't see it.

The cards

Four cards at the top of the page:

• Canva: a connected account. The pill shows Connected or Not connected. Click Connect Canva account, or Reconnect and Disconnect once linked. See Canva designs (connected).
• Google Slides: the same for your Google account. See Google Slides presentations.
• Screen groups: an org-wide add-on with an Enabled or Disabled pill and an Enable or Disable button. Off hides every group tool; data is kept. See Screen Groups.
• Meetings module: shown greyed out with a Coming soon pill. See below.

Linked designs and presentations

Below the cards, one table per connected service lists every design or presentation linked to a screen or playlist:

• Columns: Design (or Presentation), Screen, Pages, Auto sync, Last sync, Sync status.
• Auto sync: pick the interval from the dropdown, from 5 minutes up to 24 hours. 60 minutes is the default.
• Open in Canva / Open in Google Slides opens the source in a new tab so you can edit it. Access follows your own Canva or Google account.
• Sync now imports the latest version immediately and reports Success, No changes, or Error.
• Remove unlinks the design and deletes its managed slides from the screen.

Meetings module: coming soon

The Meetings module will let you book meeting rooms and show their schedules on InfoBox screens, with door screens per room and a lobby overview. Today the card is greyed out with a Coming soon pill and the note "Enabled per organization by InfoBox. Contact us to get started." There's nothing to click yet. Summary

Addons is the admin home for connected accounts and org-wide add-ons. Connect Canva or Google, manage linked content and sync intervals, and switch Screen groups on or off. The Meetings module is on its way.
