Company settings

Edit your organization's business name, VAT ID, contact email, and addresses. Admin only.

Introduction

Company settings (FI: Yritys asetukset) holds your organization's business and billing information. Only Admin users can see or edit this page. Users do not have access to it.

Opening company settings

If you're an Admin:

  • Sign in to app.infoboxi.com as an Admin.
  • Open Yritys asetukset (Company settings) from the side menu.

Company information

The fields under My company (FI: Oma yritys):

  • Business name (FI: Yrityksen nimi)
  • VAT ID (FI: ALV-tunnus)
  • Company email address (FI: Yrityksen sähköpostiosoite)
  • Street address, City, ZIP code (FI: Katuosoite, Kaupunki, Postinumero)

Billing information

The fields under Billing information (FI: Laskutustiedot):

  • Billing street address, city, ZIP if different from the company address
  • E-invoice address (FI: E-laskun osoite)
  • Operator name and address (FI: Operaattorin nimi ja osoite) for e-invoicing

Editing

Update the fields:

  • Click Start editing (FI: Aloita muokkaus).
  • Change the fields you want to update.
  • Click Save changes (FI: Tallenna muutokset).
  • A success toast confirms: "Yrityksen asetukset tallennettu onnistuneesti".

What's NOT on this page

Things you might expect but won't find here:

  • Plan and pricing: not visible inside the Platform. See Plans, licenses, and billing.
  • Number of screens / quota: only screens visible to you appear in the Screens page. There's no quota counter.
  • Users: managed on the Users page, not here.
  • Payment method: managed in Chargebee for credit-card customers, or via direct invoicing for invoice customers.

Summary

Company settings is the org-level page for business name, VAT ID, and addresses. Admin only. Pricing and plan details live outside the Platform.
